Complementing the rhythm of our lives today, yoga and Pilates are gentle exercise regimes, which over time will afford greater flexibility, strength and core stability regardless of age and physical ability. The focal point of this intensive training programme is the interplay between movement and breathing, bringing body, spirit and soul into harmony.
Our members enjoy special conditions at Spirit Yoga West, where they may choose from 20 yoga classes a week, take Pilates courses or relax with a massage or in the sauna.
