Our Personal Trainer Alexander Sredzki is here to advise you on the topic of Figure Challenge
This is not about losing 10 kg fast, only to find you have put on 15 kg three months later.
The aim is to develop your own healthy nutrition plan tailor-made for your personal preferences, requirements and circumstances.
You will learn all about the principles of the plan at our information evening and if you decide that this is something for you, Alex Sredzki will arrange to meet with you every two weeks for the next 6 weeks in order to discuss the details and find individual solutions for your day-to-day circumstances.

The lure of the mountains can sometimes be painful for plain-dwellers.
This very special evening is designed to avert that pain.
Our personal trainer Alexander Sredzki will advise you on ski training and preparation for the winter season.
What are the typical injuries experienced in skiing, how can you avoid overdoing it, and how can you best get fit for those days down the slopes?
There will be individual training plans for all participants so that you can put what you have learned into practice.
