Information Evening Circle with Thomas Clark
Trust, reliability, vulnerability – what do you expect from a friend, and how can you show these qualities to a friend? Friendship is the theme of this circle – an event for members who value listening and openness, and who are seeking ideas and inspiration. Starting with a short meditation, we will then form groups of three for brief discussions; experiences from these can be shared within the Circle. Our club member Thomas Clark will lead the Circle – and looks forward to welcoming participants who wish to get to know other members better. Mindfulness and time management will ensure that everyone has a chance to speak, whilst keeping the session from running too long. The Circle itself lasts 60–90 minutes, followed by time for a relaxed get-together

Coaching: Leading people in a motivating way – bosses and parents taking responsibility
People are willing to follow when leadership takes their wishes and needs into account appropriately. In fact, it is usually more a matter of not demotivating them. If bosses or parents as leaders can “read” and take seriously the individual personalities of the people entrusted to them, conflicts can usually be avoided.
In an interactive discussion, coach Wolf-Dietrich Groß provides insights into how motivation can be created and maintained – and what this has to do with self-motivation. After all, those who are not motivated also lack the strength to lead.
