Our events form the centre-piece of our lively club life. They offer the perfect setting to get to know people in a relaxed atmosphere or to maintain social contacts. In our Events area, members will find a broad range of great Highlight Events to choose from, ranging from our regular club classics through to cultural, informative, informal or "dining" events. Season Opening 2025
With a colorful children’s program, exciting sports highlights, and a relaxed club atmosphere, the outdoor area will once again become the gathering spot for members, friends, and guests. From 12:00 PM, live music, culinary delights, and, hopefully, glorious sunshine will invite everyone to relax and enjoy.
The sporting event kicks off in the morning with the Rolf Budde Memorial Cup – a wonderful opportunity to be active together and pay tribute to a valued club member. Participation requires separate registration.

CANCELLED: Art&Dreams - Creative workshop for children
Unfortunately, this workshop will not take place due to insufficient registrations.
In this unique workshop, Charlotte Klasen, former professional tennis player and current artist, shares her many years of experience with children in an inspiring way.
In a playful and creative way, the children discover how they can pursue their dreams and achieve their own goals - always with a focus on joy, self-awareness and personal growth. In the process, they learn how the mental power and understanding of our brain can support them in everyday life.
At the end, the children not only take home their own work of art, but also a personalized book from Charlotte - a valuable companion for their further development. A workshop full of inspiration with a long-term effect!
The event is for children aged 8-12.
When there's not enough time - the daily battle with the clock
In this workshop, coach Wolf-Diedrich Groß shows you how to organise your time more consciously in order to bring more peace and contentment into your everyday life.
Do you sometimes - or even regularly - feel rushed by deadlines, tasks and responsibilities? Yet we have more and more technical helpers at our side in our professional and private lives. So why this growing pressure? The good news is that we are not helplessly at its mercy! In this workshop, you will learn how to use the clock not as a driver, but as a useful planning aid - and how to get out of the perceived rush and into active organisation.
Easter fun at the club
We invite all children to join us for two hours of Easter fun: Together with our event team Bettina and Kristin, children aged 4-12 will be crafting, colouring and playing Easter-themed games. Look forward to creative Easter egg painting, an exciting egg race and lots of other games! Let's laugh together, do handicrafts and enjoy the Easter season with great activities - an event that will make children's hearts beat faster!

ICB Tennis Opening 2025 - ICB Rolf Budde Memorial Cup
It is our pleasure to officially kick off the outdoor tennis season with the ICB Rolf Budde Memorial Tournament. This tournament honors the memory of our dedicated club member from the very beginning, Prof. Dr. Rolf Budde.
As last year, the competition will be played in (mixed) doubles mode, which is very popular and reflects the playing preferences of our namesake. We cordially invite you to register as men's doubles, women's doubles or mixed doubles. Special rules will be implemented to ensure equal opportunities for all participants.
If you do not have a playing partner available, we still encourage you to register. We will do our best to put together suitable pairings.
Please note that registration via the website is open until April 29, 2025. We look forward to many participants and an exciting tournament!

ICB SammlerUsinger Golf Cup 2025
As in previous years, we are extremely pleased to be able to organise the ICB SammlerUsinger Golf Cup again this year. The golf community has continued to grow over the past year, which is why we are looking forward with great anticipation to four exciting days of play between May and September 2025. These will be held on first-class courses in the wider Berlin area and promise exciting competitions and unforgettable golfing moments for both participants and spectators. Be there when it's time to tee off and enjoy the action!
Please note that participation is subject to handicap .
Make an exclusive reservation for all four golf competitions with your guaranteed entry for EUR 130 per participant.
The entry fee includes participation in our end-of-season party in Oktober, which is a highlight of the season. You can look forward to a delicious BBQ, the award ceremony and lots of fun!

Classic Car Rallye 2025
When engines roar and tyres hug the roads, it's time again for the ICB Classic Car Rallye! Join us again this year for an exciting drive through the Berlin area. As always, the destination will remain a well-kept secret!
The following services are included in the entry fee:
- Participation in the rallye
- Specially prepared road book & quiz
- Small welcome breakfast in the morning with fresh coffee and tea at the International Club Berlin
- Snack bag for the road
- Lunch at the finish line, including a soft drink
- Award ceremony with 1 glass of sparkling wine and canapés at the International Club Berlin
As always, the names of the winners will be immortalised on our trophy.

DUF Ryder Cup 2025
Last year, the International Club Berlin and the Synchron Golf Club invited their golfers to the DUF Ryder Cup at GC Fleesensee for the first time to compete according to the official Ryder Cup rules. By popular demand, we are looking forward to going into the second round with this format and hope to be able to defend our title.
The number of ICB participants is limited to 20 players, and the individual teams are put together by the team captain. The winner will be chosen at a festive dinner at the Schlosshotel.
To enjoy the day to the fullest, we recommend arriving on Friday evening and staying until Sunday. Discounted room contingents at the Schlosshotel will be offered promptly. Arrival and departure is individual.
The tournament is not handicap-effective.

BERLIN PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA - End of season Concert
This year, the Berliner Philharmoniker will also conclude the season with their final concert on what is probably the most beautiful open-air stage in Europe. This absolute highlight of the concert summer is already almost sold out, but we have once again been able to reserve 30 tickets for the best seats for our members.
Summer, energy, passion - this time Gustavo Dudamel and the Berliner Philharmoniker invite you to the Latin American Night at the Waldbühne. The Venezuelan conductor made his debut with the Berliner Philharmoniker at this venue back in 2008 under the motto Los ritmos de la noche, which was met with great acclaim from the audience. Dudamel is now celebrating the end of the season with the orchestra in the open air for the fourth time. The programme will include rousing dances from Bernstein's musical West Side Story, in which Latin American sounds and rhythms will be heard again and again.
The concert starts at 8.15 pm, admission is granted from 6.00 pm.
Ticket price: EUR 85.00 for members
The ticket price for non-members is 95.00 EUR.
ICB-Tennis "Champions Men's Single Mode A" 2025
Our Club Tennis Championships are taking place again this year. In addition to the championships, which will be held on three weekends in September in match tie-break mode as before, a men's singles tournament has been added this year, which will be played with several singles matches with two winning sets each ("Men's Singles Mode A").
Please register for this tournament (Men's Single Mode A) by June 26th 2025. The match schedule depends on the number of registrations and will be announced separately.

Tennis Camps 2025
Once again this year, the GLTC tennis school is offering our sporty club youngsters the popular tennis camps during the summer vacation - daily from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.

The camps include:
Training sessions with coach supervision, daily lunch, swimming day, water and snacks during breaks, award ceremony and small prizes.

Cancellation deadline: 7 days before the camp you have booked! Cancellation after this deadline is no longer possible free of charge.
New from 2025 - Registration:
The GL Tennis Coaching tennis school under the direction of Georgina Löprich-Gräßler will take over the organization and implementation completely.
Please send an e-mail to info@gl-tennis-coaching.com with the following details: Name and address, age and playing ability, T-shirt size, special requirements (e.g. illnesses or dietary requirements) and the camp or camps you would like to attend.
Beginners up to the age of 8 are very welcome! Older beginners are requested to coordinate their participation and grouping with the tennis school in advance.
Guest children can participate if there are free places. Please understand that club children have priority.

GLTC Benefit Team Cup 2025
After last year's successful cooperation, we have once again been awarded the contract to organize our charity event, the GLTC Benefit Team Cup, this year in aid of the ALEXANDER ZVEREV FOUNDATION under the motto “AUFSCHLAG GEGEN DIABETES”.

Fit Kids Like To Move-Olympics
After last year's first successful Children's Olympics, we are inviting all children aged 6-12 to an exciting afternoon of fun, games and sporting challenges. We are particularly pleased that our esteemed club member Uta Pippig, two-time Olympian and multiple winner of the Boston and Berlin Marathons, will be helping to organise this special day. She will guide the children through the various stations and ensure an unforgettable experience
The children can put their skills and stamina to the test at 12 different stations. The disciplines include sack races, goal wall shooting, skipping rope and many other exciting games!
Programme:
14:00 - 14:30: Arrival of the families at our tennis courts
14:30 - 15:00: Warm up with Uta Pippig
15:00 - 17:00: Olympics
17:30 - 18:00: Award ceremony
At the end of the day, every child will go home with a medal and lots of great memories. Drinks and snacks will be provided for the children.
We cordially invite all parents to cheer on their children and spend this special day with us.
