Three Meditations: Technical "Twin revolution" and the movement of body and soul as path to lifelong fitness

In this exciting panel discussion on November 5th, Uta Pippig and Prof. Dr. Eckard Minx will talk about the need for physical and mental fitness in a rapidly advancing world and the challenges that come with it.

Experience how our speakers draw on their diverse experiences and perspectives to talk about the importance of flexibility and speed in everyday life. These skills are essential to successfully navigate the exponential developments in technology and society. Both will reflect from their different life circumstances in order to describe what they have in common - the highest level of personality and physical and mental fitness - as one of their goals and then achieve this through “sensual contemplation”.

The event also invites you to exercise, meditate and engage in a stimulating exchange of ideas.

You can look forward to an inspiring event in a relaxed atmosphere, full of new impulses and an enriching exchange.
